Group Event Partnering Group Event Partnering enables a win-win opportunity for two authorized representatives of an association, consortium, club, or department of an organization. Each authorized representative's organization must consist of an affinity group of 10 or more individuals or organizations. The authorized representative of each partnering organization must have a mutual benefit interest in an event focused on business. The event partnership understanding contains two basic requirements: √ Partner A offers a discounted* registration fee to Partner B's affinity group of 10 or more individuals. √ An authorized representative of Partner B agrees to promote** Partner A's event to Partner B's affinity group of 10 or more individuals. In the above understanding, your group can be Partner A or Partner B! To express your interest in event partnering, please e-mail groupeventpartner@delaccess.org * Discounts should be at least 10% off the regular registration fee.

the following forms: e-mails, direct mail, announcement at group meetings, or a
