Organization Structure The DelACCESS Consortium is organized as a not for profit membership-based organization with representatives from government, business, academia, and the non-profit community. The DelACCESS Consortium is governed by a board of directors and the following committees to support its mission: ü Purchasing Committee ü Economic Development Committee ü Associate Member Committee ü Supplier Diversity Committee ü Executive Committee The board of directors is selected from Core Member organizations. Associate Member organizations provide governance input through the Associate Member Committee. The purpose of each committee is to provide forums for sharing best practices, ideas, successes and challenges among members. The purpose of the Executive committee is to provide strategic and operational guidance to the committees and staff, including the coordination and delivery of core member services. It also oversees the fiscal and audit management function of the Consortium.
